What’s your position? World’s news crews are moving in to Lambeth for the EU referendum

Posted on

The world’s eyes will be on Westminster for the June 23rd EU Referendum – with the media pitching up along the Albert Embankment for views across the River Thames to the Houses and Parliament and Big Ben.

Whether you’re in or out – “this” position in Lambeth sets the scene. Associated Press, CNBC, NBC, France 2 and 3, teams from Italy, Spain and Germany have already booked their plot.

With crews going so far as to build temporary studios and install satellite dishes, along with jib arms and tented camera positions – it will feel like a mini media city.

Presenters and reporters will take their places over at least two days, for broadcasts scheduled across the world’s time zones.
