James Norton plays a jazz loving vicar all red-blooded women would invite in for tea: starting tonight, in ITV’s Grantchester at 9pm.

FilmFixer was involved in much of the London filming – part of Lower Marsh Road in Lambeth was converted into Soho in 1953, where the clergyman Sidney Chambers visits a favourite jazz club. As part of this shoot we arranged a donation to the Waterloo Improvement Fund.

We also fixed a donation to the residents association in Southwark’s Brettell Street where a property became a character’s home, and we arranged unit basing across central London.

The six-part series in an adaptation of author James Runcie’s series of novels The Grantchester Mysteries. His lead character is loosely based on his own father Robert Runcie who was Archbishop of Canterbury.
